- Pack car up 72 hours in advance.

- the day before---eat low carb, save candies for later. Do 3 HIIT workouts. Lights out at 8pm, go to sleep at 9. EARPLUGS Remember you are waking up at 6am.
FIRST DAY---speedrun to OKC. 16 hrs when being efficient, assuming no problems.
- Car packed 72 hours before go time.
- Leave at 6am. [go to bed the night before by 9pm]
- Flying J's/Loves/Samsclub speedruns. Fill up water, 4 littles in one bathroom.
- Pepperspray and self defense tips for oldest 4
- Do jumping jacks at all rest stops.
- No stopping for hot food:
- Individual Waterbottles and a 1 gallon container of water
- Cheese sandwiches,

- cucumbers,
- carrots,

SECOND DAY
- Free Breakfast---up by 6am. Hannah does a HIIT workout and chugs caffeinated tea

- early lunch---Conway AR samsclub, 3 pizzas. Eat these the rest of the trip, plus water, apples, hardboiled eggs? Don't stop other than bathroom stops flyingJ/Loves/Sams
