Sooo... I really like puffed sleeve, fitted waistband, gathered bust dresses on my sister. (e.g. Leah's red regency, Leah's Yellow Christmas).

And I like them even better with half circle skirts. (the other 2 had A line). Unfortunately, you can't really see that here... (Leah's purple Christmas dress)
So I did it again!! The "China Plate" version, with the blue-on-white design, bordered with navy blue. It's completely lined, and I tacked on a little bit of lace on the underlining skirt edge.
